Why you never succeed with any Weight Loss Diet

You’ve tried every known weight loss diet possible. You’ve consumed both organic and synthetic supplements. You’ve been through a one-week to a 17-day diet. You’ve gone from the South Beach, to the Western, and even to the Mediterranean. You’ve stretched your muscles in yoga, pilates, and even hard-core circuit training. But nothing ever worked. Oh, wait! You almost had it with the Hypnosis Diet, but you just gave up on the 3rd day. You always fail. You always move from one diet to another without ever getting your desired results. Now, you’re still way above your ideal weight that is more and more impossible to achieve. You are not only over weight but you are also overly frustrated. Why doesn’t anything work for you? - You’re not doing it right. – You just got the latest herb for weight loss diet over the Internet. It worked for most of the people on the forum you checked out but it doesn’t guarantee that it will work for you, too. - You’re too obsessed with losing weight (fast) rather than getting healthy.-Your main goal is to fit into those skinny jeans you wore back in College at your desired time frame. You are not even mindful of the nutrition facts that the diet actually offers. - You rely on the diet or the exercise alone. – You watch what you eat but you’re all too lazy to step on the exercise bike. You do hard core training but you starve yourself for days and pig out on eat-all-you-can lunches in one day. - You’re too impatient for results. – So, it’s a one-week diet. But you’re barely on the 5th day and you eagerly step on the scale to check how much is off the scale. You quickly decide to try the 17-day diet you’re friend has been doing. - You get easily disappointed. – You expect too much from your diet that losing 2 lbs in 1 week is not enough achievement for you. You feel so disappointed that you sulk for days, doing nothing, and you start all over. If you are using any of the above reasons above to justify your nth unsuccessful diet, then stop right now and reconsider everything. Some have discussed about herbs and weight loss that can help. Know your exact problem by consulting your doctor. Proper diagnosis and recommendations will lead you to the correct diet. Formulate your realistic goals and motivate yourself. It’s not about getting all skinny but rather to get you to eating and exercising right. Combine both dieting and exercising. These two should always go together like coffee and cream. Get the right attitude from Day One and all throughout. To be fit and healthy requires all the hard work, patience, and positive vibes that you alone can do for yourself.
